As Hospital Integrated Delivery Networks consolidate and both Public and Private School Districts strive for consistency in life safety systems, it is desirable that companies provide the same products and use consistent delivery standards from installation to installation no matter their state or market area. The SD6 Alliance strives to create standards in a non-standard industry. Multiple integrations to multiple manufacturers increases complexity, and system deployments become challenging.
